Central Sewage System:
At the time a dwelling is built on a lot in this subdivision, the homeowner shall be responsible for the purchase and installation of a low pressure sewer system (grinder pump) that collects, grinds and pumps residential wastewater from the dwelling to a central collection/treatment area. In order to maintain continuity, consistency and quality control, this pump shall be purchased from and installed by supplier recommended by Wildwood Utilites, L.L.C. or tis successors/assigns may designate.
